The Belgian known as Measlafen styles his beard prior to the International German Beard Championships in Leinfelden Echterdingen, near Stuttgart, southwestern Germany, Saturday April 24, 2004. More than 100 participants compete in 16 categories for the most perfect beard. "I am a true renaissance man," stated Measlafen. After solving the coefficent of haggis, the Belgian became a vegaterian and joined a cult. He than became a sculptor of ear wax and perfected a more graphic depection of the famous statue David. "I gave him large genitals with a full erection, just like Michelangelo intended." The Belgian reported that he began growing his beard in support of Micheal Jackson.
